Every full moon is an opportunity to sat back and relaxed your trouble mind.  Meditation has a powerful impact on your emotional and physical health. It is the best way to adopt gratitude, mindfulness and manifesting your dreams. A lunar cycle also has a spiritual essence in life.

A full moon is one of the ancient techniques to let go of, clearing the old energies and making room for the new. Tapping to the energies of the full moon is a wonderful way if you are feeling low, tied with the old relationships, and release negative thoughts and emotions about those surrounding you.

If you ever think, you carry an act of bitterness for the people in your personal and professional life; the full moon is the right time for you. It will help increase your intuitive power and knowledge and clear the blurriness about life.

Full moons occur in the middle of each lunar cycle. Likewise, the moon grows all the month and fills with light; our behavioral patterns and thoughts also grow with the full moon. The full moon shines on everything that needs to come out and be released from the system.

For practicing, full moon meditation, sit back on a chair or a mat as you feel comfortable. Feel relaxed in a place where there is no sound, and you are quiet and alone. Close your eyes, and take a deep breath slowly and calmly and let breathe be out from your body. Feel your weight and feel the vibration surrounding your skin, and the boundaries of your body. Be here now and let the thoughts come and go, don’t pay attention to them. Gently bring your attention to your breath, if so ever this happens.  
Practice this meditation on the very night of the full moon, preferably outdoor under the light of the moon. If this is not possible, do not worry. What matters the most is your intention and your connection with the full moon energy. The meditation can be as effective as if you are under the glowing beams of the moon. 

If you are sitting indoor, you can light a candle or scented candle to create that atmosphere. Have the list of the things you wanted to manifest during the meditation in front of you. Visualize everything happening as you intended. If you wish to and it is safe, also to burn the paper and let it sink in the flowing water. It is an act of release.

I choose to feel good about myself.
I am worthy of my own love.
My life is a gift.
I have beautiful relationships with everyone around me

You may want to repeat:
I release you from my life with love. I forgive you and forgive myself for past mistakes. Thank you for the lessons, and now I release you.
